PDN for Digital Scrapbooking
PDN is short for Paint Dot Net, a FREE photo editing & image creating software.
Other Paint Dot Net Tutorials
I created a site on Pinterest solely for linking to this website to further help you, in a better organized method, to sort through numerous Paint Dot Net tutorials, plugins, patterns, textures, brushes, and more. www.pinterest.com/pdnscrapbooking/
Now there are more quality video tutorials for the newer version of Paint.Net. In time I hope to add more. Paint.Net is also available in many different languages. For more official information about that go to the official Paint.Net forum. Starting HERE for different languages may be of help to you or someone you know if another language, aside from English, is of concern.
Hopefully the video and written tutorials on this page will still be helpful to you. Most should be. For some it might help to have a notebook to write down notes for refer to so you will not be dependent on an internet connection for instructions and references.
For free 300 dpi digital scrap kits I recently created using only Paint.Net click here. Keep in mind, I, too, needed to learn more about Paint.Net for creating digital scrap kits. This is my very first attempt at doing so. I've seen worse and I've seen better, but for a beginner, I'm not complaining. I created these digital scrap kits and images to give you an idea of what Paint.Net can do. Imagine if you get experienced using Paint.Net. I'm sure you could do a lot more than my beginner example digital scrap kits.
Spotlight Paint.Net Tutorials:
A BEAUTIFUL stained glass tutorial. It looks realisitc and out of any other stained glass tutorial for Paint dot Net, it is hands down, the most realistic and beautiful. Here is a sample CLICK HERE. This is the same talented artist who created the frosted fnowman cookie tutorial.
Create a Frosted Snowman Cookie! (This is absolutely adorable, fun, festive, and can be adapted to so many other cookies & themes, like for baby showers, Christmas, Hannukkah, birthdays, various party announcements, and just for no reason at all other than it's very charming.)
Make a Halloween Pumpkin! (Again, another very cool tutorial that is fun, festive, and with a lot of potential use!)
