Digital Paper Packs in 300dpi, 8"x10" and 12"x12"
Due to how large this kit is I need to break it up into sections per web page. The previous two pages included examples of simple layouts and free QPs (quickpages). This page will have the coordinated 300 dpi digital paper packs in 8"x10" and 12"x12" sizes. As a reminder, I am no expert and have no prior experience in digital scrap kit creating. This website and my freebies were made for the sole purpose of helping more people learn about the free graphics/photo editing software Paint.Net and how useful it is in the world of digital scrapbooking, along with a long list of other crafty and creative uses.
I created the Pinterest site to gather FREE resources that can be used with Paint.Net like textures, brushes, various Photoshop files, and more. I created this website because I could never find any website over the past few years dedicated to Paint.Net used in the world of digital scrapbooking, or much of anything else. In fact, in the world of digital scrapbooking, I have only seen Paint.Net mentioned maybe twice and not writing much of anything positive about it. I did find a few who use Gimp, another free awesome software, with a few tutorials. So, I figured maybe I should be that person.
If nothing else, Paint.Net is incredibly easy to use compared to the other photo editing and graphic creating softwares available. It's great to use with your photos. It's great to use with digital scrap kits to put together everything in your layouts, for making custom greeting cards, flyers, high resolution images, labels, photo correction, photo special effects, illustrations, animations, custom shape templates, and so much more. Paint.Net is fantastic and completely free, with hundreds of free plug-ins. It is also much easier to learn. The official forum and the official blog has a lot more information about it. As a rule and reminder, never download Paint.Net or its free plugins from any links that are not offered from within the official PDN forum. It is how they protect you and your computer.

These 4 digital paper packs are 8"x10", 300dpi. You can use 96 dpi, the Paint.Net default setting and simply drag down the large images to a smaller scale size to then print out on a home printer, should you want to go that route, which is what I have often done. It looks perfectly fine. Find a nice frame for it and there you go. No waiting or sending away to a printing company.
