QPs (Quick Pages) Created in Paint.Net

I wanted to give you an idea of what Paint.Net can do, either by blending royalty free vintage images, creating your own seamless detailed & textured backgrounds, or even creating various elements, but only using Paint.Net.

These particular QPs (Quick Pages) are made in 8" x 10" size, because it's easier to print at home if you want to. They are 300 dpi but you can complete them and take a screen shot of the completed image, which will be a smaller image in file size, crop it down to remove the computer background area, and keep only the photo layout. That way you can just email or text message them to your relative, friends, or loved ones.

These are somewhat simple layouts because Paint.Net, at this time, is not able to use "objects to path", the line tool has 4 nodes, and brushes have problems using a color palette as well as cannot be used in a practical way for 300 dpi resolution, but, from what I understand better improvements are coming in a newer release of Paint.Net sometime in 2019. That's very exciting. Regardless, of any of those issues, a lot of incredible images can still be created. Paint.Net also has some cool features and simplified methods other software does not.

You may use these for personal use only.

Some photos never need to be in a layout to look great but with some photos it is fun to put them in a layout and with some of these layouts, a way to put more than one photo into a single image.

Since these are made in 300 dpi, you can use them to be printed by professional printing companies for photo books, on wall canvas, fabrics, pillows, signs, and high quality professional 8" x 10" print.  If doing so change your resolution setting from 96 to 300. To print it out at home on your printer, you can still get a nice image while saving ink and leave your resolution setting at the 96 default.  Make sure you set your canvas size to 8 inches wide and 10 inches high. While holding down your "Shift" key on the keyboard, to prevent the image from becoming distorted, drag the photo layouts onto the canvas to fit.

Paint.Net has come a long way and it rightfully can now be recognized in a field dominated and owned by Gimp and Photoshop. These will probably be the last of my Paint.Net, 300 dpi resolution creations to demonstrate how cool Paint.Net is and some of the wonderful things it can do. I'm getting busy again in other things that will use up my time but I hope you enjoy them.
